Welcome to our seamless ordering and delivery experience! To guarantee the utmost freshness and quality of our frozen products, we initiate the ordering process approximately three days prior to the scheduled delivery.

Each item undergoes a meticulous curing process in our subzero freezer for a minimum of 24 hours before being dispatched.

Upon delivery, we recommend storing your orders in the freezer promptly to maintain their optimal condition;
REFUND POLICY
At Gelato Alchemia, we take pride in delivery gelato and sorbetto of the highest quality, crafted with care and precision. We are confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if, for any reason, your experience falls short of our normal high standards or those of our valued clients, we are here to make it right.
In the rare instance where a refund is necessary, we offer a hassle-free process to either replace the order or refund the payment. Replacement or refund requests should be made within 1 day of receiving your order. We aim to process refunds promptly, typically withing 3-5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited directly back to the payment method used for the original purchase.
